Dr. Wen-Chung Hsieh served in various capacities including General Commander and Director within the National Immigration Agency (NIA). Before joining the NIA, he served in the Coast Guard Administration and the National Police Agency. He received his PhD in Criminology, at National Chung Cheng University.
