Director Huan-Chang Hsiao assumed office on August 5, 2021. He previously held positions as the Director of the Taichung City Government Fire Bureau and the Deputy Director of the Fire Department. He places great importance on issues related to firefighting manpower, duty systems, safety, and vehicle equipment.
